I was told oil change would be 120.00, my estimate on my phone says 80.00, the gmc brochure says 96.00, I was charged 185.00. Said they checked the tires, check tire light was on, there’s no way anyone actually checked the tires, so I’m wondering if anything really got inspected or checked. Service advisor was rude when I asked a question. I originally was gonna buy a truck at Jerry’s but intended up going somewhere else. I’m glad I did with the way they handled an oil change, I can’t imagine how bad buying a vehicle there would be. Probably pay way more than thru actually show you. Stay away ftrom this place.

We had an oil and air filter change and it took them an hour and a half. We had an appointment set up. While they did help get my wife to her other appointment for the same time they took too long to complete the service work. Other wise the experience was fine.
